2 c. honey
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream

Combine ingredients and cook slowly until it reaches the hard ball or crisp stage when tested in cold water. Pour onto buttered platter and when cool enough to handle, grease or butter hands and pull until a golden color. Cut into pieces.
