TUNA MAC AND CHEESE 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) macaroni & cheese dinner
1 c. frozen green peas
1 (12 oz.) can tuna, well drained
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare macaroni and cheese as on package. Mix in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir casserole and continue heating on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
