GOLDEN CRISP CHICKEN | |
1 chicken, cut up 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 egg 1/2 c. milk Cooking oil In plastic bag, add half of the flour. Combine rest of flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Beat egg and milk and pour into shallow dish. Shake few pieces of chicken at a time in bag. Dip in egg mixture and roll in seasoning flour mixture. In skillet, heat 1 inch of oil. Cook chicken, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Drain on paper towels. Place chicken skin side down in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
