APPLE COBBLER 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
8 c. sliced apples

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt with sliced apples. Put in greased baking pan.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients with pastry blender until like crumbs. Sprinkle crumb topping over apple mixture. Bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a golden brown color. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
