CHEESED POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lg. potatoes, pared
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, cubed
4 or 5 slices bacon, crisp fried
1 stick butter
Salt
Cracked ground pepper

Slice potatoes onto a large piece of heavy duty foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over. Add onion and cheese cubes. Slice butter over all. Mix on the foil. Bring edges of foil up, leaving space and seal well with double fold. Place on grill and cook over hot coals about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning several times.
