6 potatoes
1 pkg. frozen carrots
3 pkgs. frozen corn
3 pkgs. frozen okra
2 can stewed tomatoes
3 lbs. stewing beef
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large soup pot, place stew beef and enough water to cover the meat. Bring meat to a boil and cook for about 1 hour. Add vegetables. Turn down heat and simmer soup until the vegetables are tender.
