HOMEMADE LEMON PIE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Make or buy 1 graham cracker crust. Cook lemon juice, cornstarch, water and egg yellows until thick. Let cool 2 minutes and pour into pie shell.

Take egg whites and beat until fluffy white. Add sugar and mix until mixture forms peaks. Cover pie with topping and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
