SMOOTH & CREAMY FROSTING 
1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread cake. Keep cake in refrigerator.
