SQUASH CASSEROLE II 
2 c. cooked squash
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 well-beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
Ritz crackers

Brown onion in butter, combine all of the ingredients. Pour into well greased baking dish (I use Pam spray). Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
