FROZEN YOGURT POPS 
16 oz. vanilla yogurt
1 c. strawberries, washed and hulled
1/2 c. sugar
Plastic frozen sucker molds (Tupperware has them)

Put yogurt, strawberries and sugar into blender or food processor. Mix at high speed until strawberries are pulverized and mixture is creamy. Pour into plastic molds, filling each almost to top. Insert sticks and covers and freeze. Makes about 8.

Mom's: These are just the ticket when kids clamor for a treat on a hot day. It's good and good for them. No empty calories here!
