BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (drained)
1 med. onion (chopped)
6 oz. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 stick butter (melted in pan, lg. iron skillet best)

Mix; pour into pan in thin layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes or until brown.
