BAKED ZITI 
1 1/2 lbs. Ziti
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 qt. Italian sauce
4 to 6 slices American cheese

Cook Ziti, drain. Return to pan; add butter and salt to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss until all Ziti has some cheese on it. Combine Ricotta and egg. Add to Ziti and toss, do not mash. Pour some sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Add Ziti; cover with slices of cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with sauce. Bake at 450 degrees 15 minutes.
