SUNSHINE SLUSH 
1 c. sugar
3 c. water
2 med. very ripe bananas, pureed
3 c. pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can thawed orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. light rum
1 liter bottles 7-Up

Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes; set aside to cool.

Mix bananas, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemonade, lemon juice and rum in freezable container overnight.

When ready to serve, scoop slush in glass until full. Slowly add 7-Up to fill glass, stir until slushy.
