CHICKEN WINGS 
2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. orange juice
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. ground pecans
2 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 c. melted butter

Marinate the wings in a mixture of orange juice, beaten egg, salt and pepper for 15 to 30 minutes. Mix the pecans with the bread crumbs. Dip the wings in crumb mixture. Cover the roasting pan with the melted butter. Place the wings in pan, do not crowd. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
