1 (No. 2 1/2) can sliced peaches
1 box yellow, lemon or pineapple cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Empty entire can of peaches in a 9"x13" pan. Pour dry cake mix over it, dot with butter. Sprinkle with nuts and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
