MOM'S MOUTH WATERING PIZZA 
3/4 c. warm water in preheated glass bowl
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. active yeast
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 dashes salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated mozzarella
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
Sliced peppers
Sliced mushrooms

Mix water, sugar and yeast in warm bowl. Let sit 10 minutes. Add flour; mix well. Knead 10 minutes. Shape into roll, divide in half and place each in greased bowl. Cover bowl with towel and let rise for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Using half the dough at a time, roll out on floured board. Fit onto greased round pizza pan and press to fit. Spread with a thin layer of sauce. Sprinkle with oregano, Parmesan and mozzarella. Cover with desired meats and/or vegetables. Top with Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes (only 1 pan at a time). Give pan half turn in oven and cook about 5 minutes more.
