DELUXE HASH BROWN 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Chopped onion & green pepper to taste
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley flakes & paprika on top

Let potatoes defrost slightly; combine all ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
