18 vanilla wafers
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together and beat well. Place vanilla wafers in cupcake papers. Fill each 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling. Serves 18.
