BAKED CORN PUDDING 
1 can creamed corn (16 oz.)
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
5 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Melt butter. In blender, mix corn, milk, butter, eggs and pepper. Pour in greased baking dish. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees until set. Serves 6-8.
