KIELBASA AND POTATOES 
8 slices bacon, diced
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 lg. potatoes, cooked cut into 1 inch cubes
1 Kielbasa, cooked and sliced
2 red bell peppers, 1 inch squares
Salt and pepper

In large skillet, fry bacon until brown. Remove. Add onions to pan and saute until golden. Add potato cubes and stir until lightly browned (approximately 10 minutes).

Boil Kielbasa for 10 minutes. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Add to potatoes. Add red peppers and stir over low heat 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with bacon bits.

Serve with dark bread. Yields 5 to 6.
