24 vanilla wafers
1 can crushed pineapple
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 bottle whipping cream

Crush wafers very fine and line bottom of ice tray with half of crumbs. Cream together egg, sugar and butter, cream well. Pour this mixture over crumbs in the ice tray. Add pineapple (squeeze in cloth). Then add the whipped cream and rest of wafer crumbs. Don't put in freezer.
