BEAN - CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. cooked pinto beans
1 c. THIN cornbread batter

Brown onions and meat in shortening. Dump in everything else except the cornbread batter. Drop batter over mixture. Bake in greased casserole at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until cornbread is brown.
