CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
1/4 c. butter
2 pkgs. stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farm)
1 tbsp. sage
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken stock

Melt butter. Add butter and sage to stuffing mix and mix well. Spread 1/2 of mixture in greased 13"x9" pan. Lay chicken pieces on top. Mix yogurt, soup and 1 cup stock until smooth. Pour over dressing and chicken. Put remaining stuffing on top. Pour remaining stock over it. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
