POOR MAN'S LASAGNE 
2 tsp. corn oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. hot water
1 green pepper, minced
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery

Combine tomato paste and hot water with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil, brown beef, onion, garlic, green pepper, and celery. Add tomato paste and hot water mixture. Cook 45 minutes. Cook 1 box lasagne noodles as directed; drain. Line noodles on bottom of 13 x 9 or 9 x 9 inch pan. Add beef mixture. Add another layer of noodles and beef mixture. Sprinkle top layer with grated Mozzarella cheese and bake for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
