STEAK GENGHIS KHAN 
1 (2-3 lb.) sirloin steak, 2 1/2" thick
2 tbsp. Roquefort, Gorgonzola or Bleu cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. oil, olive or vegetable

Place steak in large zip-lock bag or deep dish; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in blender until well blended. Pour over steak; marinate several hours or overnight. Place steak 4" above coals; cook 20 minutes per side for medium rare.
