EASY CHOWDER 
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 pkg. imitation crab meat (Crab Delight) broken into pieces
1 can cream style corn
1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 c. water
Dash of pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated. Makes 2 quarts.
