CHIFFON CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
7 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat sugar with egg yolks and oil until smooth. Add sifted flour and mix well. Slowly beat in vanilla and orange juice. Mix well.

Beat egg whites in large mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter gently with spatula, until just blended. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
