SKILLET RUNZA 
1 lb. pork sausage (if you prefer ground chuck)
2 c. hot water
2 c. medium noodles
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
Pepper and salt to taste

In a large skillet, cook meat. Add hot water and noodles. Bring to a boil. Add onion and cabbage. Cover; lower heat and cook for about 20 minutes or until noodles and cabbage are tender.
