TARTAR SAUCE 
1 tbsp. sweet relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. fine chopped onion

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 1 cup of sauce.

You can add 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes and 1 tablespoon of chopped celery if you want it.
