TANGY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Wesson oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar

Place meat in baking dish, brush with Wesson oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Drain fat. Combine onion, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Spread on meat. Pour on tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
