EASY CHEESY CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg1/2 c. cream corn
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Beat egg and cream corn together. Add muffin mix and stir gently. Add half the cheese and pour into preheated, greased iron skillet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
