CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. good lump crab meat
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt, pepper, Tabasco

Dredge crab meat in 1 tablespoon flour. Add cream, egg, pepper and onion. Mix all together. Incorporate rest of flour. Form cakes. Let air dry 15 minutes. Drop into hot fat until desired brownness.
