PUDDING PECAN PIE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
1 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Blend pudding mix with corn syrup. Add milk and eggs, then pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm and begins to crack. Cool at least 3 hours.
