STUFFED PUMPKIN 
1 sm. pumpkin (dark orange is best)
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
5 to 6 potatoes
Salt, pepper
Poultry seasoning
1 sm. onion
Sage

Clean out pumpkin (like you would to make a Jack-O-Lantern) of its seed, etc. Wash out and dry. Cook pork, beef, and onion. Drain off fat. Peel and cook potatoes. Mash with potato masher (need to be course).

Combine with meat. Season with spices. Put mixture in pumpkin. Place pumpkin in a dish of shallow water. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a fork goes into shell easily. Eat peeled pumpkin and stuffing together.
