STROGANOFF STEAKS 
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. green pepper strips
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. waiter c. cooked medium noodles
1 env. soup mix, onion
1 c. choplets, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sour cream

Saute onions, green peppers in vegetable oil in large covered skillet until vegetables are tender (10 min.). Add flour, stir as mixture cooks for 1 minute. Add soup mix, water and choplet strips. Simmer 12 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, add sour cream and noodles. Reheat to simmering and serve. Serves 6.
