BLUEBERRY - BANANA BREAD 
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3 inches loaf pan. Mix all ingredients, except blueberries in large bowl until moistened. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around sides of loaf to loosen. Remove from pan. Cool loaf completely. Refrigerate remaining loaf.
