CRAB AND OLIVE QUESADILLAS | |
8 oz. crabmeat, flaked 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers 1/2 c. pitted sliced black olives 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Spread 2 tablespoons mixture onto each tortilla; fold in half. Bake in 400 degree oven 8 minutes or until golden. Cut each into 4 wedges. Makes 32. |
