HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. water
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can bean sprouts, or 1 sm. bag fresh bean sprouts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger. Add water and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery and onion and continue simmering for another 10 minutes. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer while dissolving the cornstarch in small amount of water. Add cornstarch to thicken the gravy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over chow mein noodles.
