1 box Swiss cake rolls 1 can cherry pie filling 1 pt. heavy whipping cream 1 big box vanilla instant pudding mix 1 tsp. vanilla Beat heavy whipping cream until it peaks; add vanilla flavoring; set aside. Beat the pudding according to directions. Mix whipping cream and pudding together. Chop cake rolls (actually slice them). Layer cake rolls, pudding mixture and ending with pudding mixture. Top with pie filling. Garnish with cake rolls on top!. Delicious! |
