Beat mustard, vinegar, pickle juice, sugar ... until mustard and creamy. Stir in relish and onion. Yields about 1 1/2 cups. Great on hamburgers.

Work mustard, sugar and cornstarch together ... heat and stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. When cool add olive oil. Makes 1 cup.

In a small bowl, blend all ingredients together.
