Mix instant dry milk and water. Stir. Add root beer and mix well. When available, try adding 1 scoop of ice cream to each serving.

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into ice tups. Freeze.

1. For each person that ... ice cream in a tall glass. 2. Pour in enough root beer to fill the glass. Stir until the ice cream is half melted.
