Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Form into ball and roll in crushed nuts and chopped parsley.

Cover bottom of 2 quart ... pot - 1 (15 ounce) can of salmon and mash it well. Pour into Pam coated mold and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
