Mix all together and slice cucumbers. Add to mixture. Ready to eat.

Thinly slice cucumbers, onions and green pepper ... gently. Place lid on pail and refrigerate. They are ready to eat in 48 hours. Keeps indefinitely.

Mix onion, salt and celery seed and let stand 1 hour. Dissolve 2 cups sugar in 1 cup vinegar. Pour over the sliced cucumbers and refrigerate.

Mix above ingredients in bowl, ... slice onions and cucumbers. Layer in gallon jar ... Let sit in refrigerator 10 days, turning jar 2 times a day.

Put in quarts. Let cool ... over sliced vegetables. Put lids on jars and store in refrigerator. Will be ready to eat in two days. Use as needed.



Wash and wipe cucumbers. Peel onions. Slice both ... lightly and pour into glass jars and cover. Keep in refrigerator. Ready to eat in a few days.

Put together in a covered bowl and refrigerate. They hold well for a week or so. No cooking!!

In large bowl, mix cucumbers and salt; let stand 1/2 ... (Note: I substitute a small head cauliflower, in flowerettes, for 3 or 4 of the cucumbers).
