11. COLD MEXICAN CORN SALAD

Mix corn and sour cream. Chill before serving. Add chips and mix well.

12. MEXICAN SALAD

In a large salad bowl arrange in layers the ingredients, starting with corn chips, then rice, onion, chili, ... over top and serve immediately.

Combine and toss.

Brown meat, drain. Drain and rinse beans. Chop lettuce and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients except Fritos and dressing. (Add right before serving).
