Mix and take as needed.

Heat to boiling point. Take 1 tablespoon as needed for cough or hoarseness. May be taken cold, but has a better effect if warm.

Mix all ingredients, store in jar. Put 1 teaspoon or 2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water or tea.

Cook until it makes thick syrup.

Mix all ingredients together. Use 1 teaspoon at a time, every 4 hours.



Take a thin slice of ... converted into a syrup, 15 minutes or so. Sip syrup as ... coughing will be relieved. Syrup does not taste like onion.

Mix up and keep in a jar.

Pour boiling water over honey and vinegar in a cup. It doesn't taste too good, but it really helps a sore throat.

Mix ingredients in glass. Recipe makes about 4 ounces (or 24 doses). One dose is 1 teaspoon of syrup.

Mix together. Sip 1 teaspoon as needed.
