PEA AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 box lg. macaroni shells

2 cans green peas, drain
1 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Carefully fill each shell using about 1/4 cup salad. Can top with slice of boiled egg or parsley. Sprinkle with paprika. Also I have put a thin ring slice of green pepper around salad filled shell.
