FRENCH PANCAKES "ROLL-UPS" 
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 dashes salt
1 c. flour

Mix in order given, fry on hot griddle. Turning only once. These are thin and can be spread with butter, cinnamon, sugar and etc., then rolled up. You can add small amount of syrup after rolled up.
