SPREADABLE GARLIC BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter (softened to room temp.)
1/3 c. Canola or olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

In medium sized bowl beat butter until light and fluffy. Beating continuously, add oil until thoroughly blended, then add the rest of the ingredients. Store in covered jar or crock in refrigerator. Makes approximately 1 cup.
