CINNAMON JELLO SALAD 
Add 2 cups of red hots (2 packages) to 2 cups of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Remove from stove.

Add a 6 oz. package lemon Jello and stir until Jello is dissolved. Then add large can of applesauce and mix together. Add some flaked coconut, if desired. Pour half of mixture in 9x13 inch pan and chill until firm.

FILLING:

16 oz. softened cream cheese
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together cream cheese and salad dressing. Add celery and walnuts. Put filling on chilled Jello and pour remaining Jello on top. Chill until firm. Garnish with coconut, if desired.
