BEEF-BEAN-TATER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French style green beans (drained)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Tater Tots

Season meat with salt, pepper and onion. Mix lightly and put loosely into 8x12 inch pan. Add beans. Spread cheese over beans. Put Tater Tots over cheese. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 generously.
